Return Policy

Our return policy is within 21 days prior to the time and day it was purchased. Once it passed the days to return, item is no longer refundable. But can only claim for exchange or online credit only.

Items returned will be refunded the same method of payment. Allow 5-10 days of refund to appear in account due to varying process times between payment providers. If items are returned in damaged conditions, it will not be refunded.

Labels, tags and stickers must be intact before shipping back.

Exchanges

Only applies to items if necessary to exchange for a different size or try another style. Another chance to exchange is when the item is not returned within 21 days.
